The frame is made of heavy duty formed steel, jig welded and forks of double flanged pressed steel which gives maximum strength. The Ram and pump plunger of the hydraulic cylinder is grounded to high precision and hard chrome plated which reduces wear and resists from corrosion. Special safety valves are provided for smooth lowering of load and a dual overload safety valve is provided to protect the truck from damage due to overloading.

The truck can be fitted with either Cast Iron or Ultra high molecular polymer wheels suiting to the shop floor of the user. The wheels are fitted with sealed ball bearings for overcoming any rolling resistance. Taper roller bearing provided on the top and bottom of pump mounting and 180o steer wheel rotation ensures easy maneuverability. And with its simple mechanism a single person can handle up to a load of 2.5 tons with ease.
